Mason H. Brush is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist. Mr. Brush earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979 from the University of Hawaii. He later earned his Juris Doctorate from the Western State University College of Law in 1982, and served on the Law Review.

He has practiced workers’ compensation law since 1983, handling all aspects of Workers’ Compensation law, including the defense of 132(a) petitions and Serious & Willful Misconduct claims. He has extensive trial and appellate experience.

Prior to joining Goldman Magdalin Straatsma, he was a founding partner of a workers’ compensation defense firm, Vileisis, Brush & Godlflam.

Mr. Brush is a member of the State Bar of California.
