Colin Gallagher received a Bachelor’s Degree cum laude in History and Literature from Harvard University.  He subsequently received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.  He has extensive experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney and as an applicant attorney, including as a staff counsel for the State Compensation Insurance Fund and Travelers Indemnity Company.  He takes an interest in aggressive representation of his clients and early case resolution.
