Erika L. LaMarch received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance in 2008 from Immaculata University of Greater Philadelphia, and also earned an MBA with a focus in Accounting from DeSales University in 2012. Ms. LaMarch pursued Professional Studies at Villanova University and became a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) before obtaining a Juris Doctorate from San Francisco Law School in 2022.

Ms. LaMarch worked in Banking Compliance for 15 years while attending graduate and law school, and served as an extern and pro bono legal advocate in criminal defense, civil litigation, and advancing social, environmental and special interests for a combined total of 3 1/2 years.

As a licensed Attorney, Ms. LaMarch filed real property and contract disputes, answered complaints, opposed demurrers, held and defended depositions in employment, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases, engaged in discovery practice, extensive law and motion work and appeared for hearings and conferences in Superior Court, Federal Bankruptcy District Courts and several venues of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. She is a member of the State Bar of California and an avid volunteer for the Coalition of Concerned Legal Professionals in San Francisco, CA.
