Jessica A. Tyndall is a partner at Goldman Magdalin Straatsma, LLP. She earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Business Administration from San Jose State University. She also received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, and a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Ms. Tyndall began her career in the Workers' Compensation field as a law clerk at Goldman Magdalin Straatsma, LLP in 2014. She has extensive experience representing both private and public agencies, including municipalities, hospitals, and school districts, in all aspects of Workers' Compensation defense, including Labor Code section 132a and Serious and Willful Misconduct matters. She is well-versed in presumptive claims as well as the Education Code. Ms. Tyndall is a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist.
