Merle Gould received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 2003 and his juris doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2013. Mr. Gould received the Witkin award in the course of Legislation, and Computer, Internet, and Technology Law. Mr. Gould is experienced in the representation of private entities in Workers’ Compensation, including PEOs and ASOs. He has represented employers in death benefits cases as well as Serious & Willful claims and 132a matters.

In addition, Mr. Gould has practiced in Special Education defense and Dependency law, representing minors involved in the foster care system of Los Angeles County.
