DWC and WCAB Announce Modified Hearing Calendar & Filing Update

Please see below today’s instructions from theDWC regarding hearing continuances and document filings with the WCAB.

With client approval or request GMK will make every effort to schedule CourtCall appearances for all scheduled Status Conferences,  Mandatory Settlement Conferences and Priority Conferences for the period of March 23, 2020 through April 3, 2020.  The WCAB will be continuing all Trials and Lien Conferences during that period of time.

We will provide further updates as we receive information from the DWC/WCAB.
