IN THIS ALERT: DWC ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN MILEAGE RATE

Effective 1/1/2022, the mileage rate for medical treatment and medical-legal travel expense incurred on or after 1/1/2022 has been increased to 58.5 ¢ per mile. This is effective for all dates of injury.
