In This Alert: DWC Announces Reduction in Mileage Rate

Effective 1/1/2021, the mileage rate for medical treatment and medical-legal travel expense incurred on or after 1/1/2021 has been reduced to 56 cents per mile.  This is effective for all dates of injury.
