IN THIS ALERT: DWC MOVES EUREKA OFFICE PERMANENTLY ONLINE

The Division of Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board announced that the Eureka satellite office will close their physical location in Eureka on July 1, 2021. 

All matters in front of Judge Madsen at the Eureka satellite office will continue to be heard either by phone or video and will continue this way after COVID-19 restrictions ease.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU

As of July 1, 2021, all filings that are sent by U.S. Mail should be directed to the Santa Rosa district office.
