In This Alert:  WCAB ISSUES EN BANC ORDER REGARDING RULES IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 STATE OF EMERGENCY 

Click here to view link for the WCAB’s Order relating to suspension of specific WCAB Rules of Practice and Procedure. The suspension is applicable to all district offices in California. 

Two days ago the Division of Workers’ Compensation ordered that all district offices be closed for filing documents from 3/17/2020 - 4/3/2020. Filing deadlines are extended to the next day when the district offices reopen for filing. All parties should proceed to complete necessary documents that might have been required to be filed prior to 4/3/2020 so that they may be immediately filed thereafter unless the filing deadlines are again extended.
